CARMINE D. GIGLIOTTI

As an attorney with the Department of Transportation, Carmine was responsible for all phases of eminent domain litigation from the initial suit filing, through post-trial proceedings. He was the Department attorney responsible for the property acquisition on several multi-million dollar State Projects, including, but not limited to: Griffin Road and I-95 in Broward County; U.S. 27 in Palm Beach County; Kanner Highway/S.R. 76 and Roosevelt Bridge Projects in Martin County.
After leaving the Department of Transportation Carmine accepted an associate position with a Fort Lauderdale law firm that practiced many areas of law, including eminent in law. During that time, he represented numerous types of clients, including, property owners and tenants in eminent domain litigation, including actions involving the Florida Department of Transportation, Broward County and Florida Power and Light. In September of 1994 he opened the Law Offices of Carmine D. Gigliotti, continuing to represent various types of clients including both property and business owners in eminent domain actions throughout Florida.
