Originally from Connecticut, Carmine D. Gigliotti moved to Florida immediately after graduating High School in 1981. He received his A.A. degree from IRCC in Ft. Pierce in 1985, his B.A. degree with honors from the University of Central Florida in Orlando in 1986 and was awarded his Juris Doctor Degree from Nova University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 1990.
His legal experience began during law school as a legal intern with the State of Florida, Department of Transportation in Fort Lauderdale. Upon completion of the internship program, he was employed as a law clerk for the Department until September, 1991, at which time he was appointed as an attorney for the Department.
In 1999, Carmine Gigliotti, Esq., relocated his practice Brevard County from Ft. Lauderdale. He continues to handle various types of cases including, but not limited to, personal injury, criminal defense, family law, eminent domain and probate.
